Final Sale Nature of Custom Orders and Limited Exceptions: Due to their bespoke nature and the significant resources invested in creating each unique custom order, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the limited circumstances where the product is demonstrably: * Defective: Exhibiting clear manufacturing flaws not related to the agreed-upon design. * Incorrect: Significantly deviates from the documented measurements or customization instructions provided by you. * Not Conforming: Fails to meet the documented measurements or customization instructions within reasonable industry tolerances.
