Customer Responsibility for Specifications: shaziayasin is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or dissatisfaction with the final product that arise from incorrect, unclear, or incomplete measurements or customization instructions provided by you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted. Once production commences (as outlined below), changes to these specifications may not be possible or may incur additional charges. These records are securely maintained in our library for reference in case of any discrepancies. Dispute Resolution Based on Documentation: In the event of any dispute regarding the fit or conformance of the final product to your instructions, shaziayasin will thoroughly review our production documentation. Our records will serve as the primary basis for verifying whether the product was manufactured according to the specifications you provided. Non-Refundable Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Custom Orders: Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value at the time of purchase. This deposit covers the initial costs of material procurement, pattern creation, and commencement of production. This deposit is strictly forfeited if the order is cancelled by you for any reason after production has begun (typically 24 hours after payment receipt). Returns Policy for other Items At shaziayasin, our aim is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If items are defective or sent incorrectly, you can return them. Please note that you must provide us with a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Custom, oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used or exhibit stains, odors, marks, damages, or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Cancelling an Order: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of making the payment, and no charges will be deducted. In such cases, you will receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours, processing charges and administrative fees for refund purposes may apply. In the event that a custom order has already been processed and you decide to cancel it after 24 hours, additional charges may be incurred. These charges will be calculated and communicated to you, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your payment.
