Terms & Conditions of shaziayasin.com Returns and Return Policy for Garments Understanding the Nature of Custom Orders: Garment orders, including custom orders, are uniquely created based on the precise measurements, sizes, design specifications, and specific customization instructions you provide to shaziayasin through our website, email, phone, or other designated channels. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that the final product's appearance, fit, style, and all other subjective elements are directly determined by your provided specifications. Customer Responsibility for Specifications: shaziayasin is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or dissatisfaction with the final product that arise from incorrect, unclear, or incomplete measurements or customization instructions provided by you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted. Once production commences (as outlined below), changes to these specifications may not be possible or may incur additional charges. Final Product Conformance to Instructions: Provided that the final product strictly adheres to the documented measurements and customization instructions you provided, shaziayasin is not liable for any subjective dissatisfaction with the outcome, including but not limited to design interpretation, color variations (within reasonable industry tolerances), or embellishment placement, even if the final product differs from your personal expectations or visualization. Production Documentation and Transparency: To ensure transparency and accuracy, shaziayasin meticulously documents the production process. This includes taking photographs and recording videos of key measurement stages and critical customization details before and during production. These records are securely maintained in our library for reference in case of any discrepancies. Dispute Resolution Based on Documentation: In the event of any dispute regarding the fit or conformance of the final product to your instructions, shaziayasin will thoroughly review our production documentation. Our records will serve as the primary basis for verifying whether the product was manufactured according to the specifications you provided. Final Sale Nature of Custom Orders and Limited Exceptions: Due to their bespoke nature and the significant resources invested in creating each unique custom order, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the limited circumstances where the product is demonstrably: * Defective: Exhibiting clear manufacturing flaws not related to the agreed-upon design. * Incorrect: Significantly deviates from the documented measurements or customization instructions provided by you. * Not Conforming: Fails to meet the documented measurements or customization instructions within reasonable industry tolerances. Procedure for Non-Conformity Claims: Any claims of defect, error, or non-conformity must be submitted in writing to us within 24 hours of you (or someone on your behalf) receiving the order. This written claim must be accompanied by detailed and clear evidence of the issue, such as high-quality photographs clearly illustrating the defect or discrepancy, and a precise description of the problem. shaziayasin reserves the right to request additional information or evidence. shaziayasin Discretion for Resolution: In the event that shaziayasin, upon review of your claim and our production documentation, determines that the product is indeed defective, incorrect, or does not conform to the documented specifications, shaziayasin will, at our sole discretion, offer either a free repair or a replacement of the specific non-conforming element. A full refund will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where repair or replacement is not feasible. Non-Refundable Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Custom Orders: Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value at the time of purchase. This deposit covers the initial costs of material procurement, pattern creation, and commencement of production. This deposit is strictly forfeited if the order is cancelled by you for any reason after production has begun (typically 24 hours after payment receipt). Returns Policy for other Items At shaziayasin, our aim is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If items are defective or sent incorrectly, you can return them. Please note that you must provide us with a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Custom, oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used or exhibit stains, odors, marks, damages, or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Cancelling an Order: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of making the payment, and no charges will be deducted. In such cases, you will receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours, processing charges and administrative fees for refund purposes may apply. In the event that a custom order has already been processed and you decide to cancel it after 24 hours, additional charges may be incurred. These charges will be calculated and communicated to you, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your payment. Order Amendment: You may suggest amendments to your order within 24 hours of placing it. However, any amendments requested after this 24-hour window may be subject to additional charges, which will be determined upon reviewing the requested changes. Comments and Complaints If you have any complaints or comments regarding our website or any of the products supplied to you, please contact us via the "Contact Us" button on our website or by phone. Governing law These conditions of sale and any contracts formed under them are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with these conditions of sale and the associated contracts.
